National Women's Futsal League trials

Post by Viking »

Are you serious about your Futsal?
Do you want to represent your State?
Are you interested in playing in a National League?
Would you like to have the opportunity to be picked in an Australian Team to tour OS paid for by Vikings Futsal?
Do you want to be coached by Professional Brazilian Coaches?
Don't care about politics?

If you answered yes to all the above questions then we want to hear from you.
At Vikings Futsal we run autonomously and are not affiliated with the SA Federation or Adelaide Stingrays, as there is no career paths for the players with them after the Nationals or locally organised VIC. games.
At the recent Nationals there were 2 Matilda players who went to China for the World Cup playing the great game of Futsal. If you want to improve your skill and out door game Futsal is the way to do it.
Players for the State Open Women's team are invited to trial for the up coming Vikings National League.
If you are really serious about your Futsal, then this is a great opportunity to play Futsal at the highest level.
Call or email now to avoid disappointment.
Yours in Sport Tom.

Matilda players

Post by Viking »

Yes Melissa was one of them, she played in goals for VIC and the other was Jo Burgers who played for the Qld team which lost in the final on penalty's.
The interesting thing was, at the same time the Nationals were on the Matildas had a camp at the AIS and Tom their coach had no problems with them playing Futsal during the camp.
Now that's a good and smart coach and he proved him self at the World Cup last year, after all Futsal will only improve his players skills.
The interesting thing was that the remaining Matildas came to watch their team mates play and they got swamped by young Futsal players for their autographs, they had a great time and Jo scored past Melissa to give QLD a 1-0 win in the Semi Finals.

Futsal

I would say so, if they are not OS with the Matildas. Jo Burgers is now on the Vikings Staff as a coach and I am hoping to get her down to SA to do some clinics. cheers Tom
