Im just going to say it. Greek league is the biggest bull ever. The refs are corrupt towards and favour Olympiakos. at 1-0 even my father who is a OLY supporter stopped watching the match due to the unfair nature of the game

but still in the second half we had 2 great opportunities to equalise which we missed. if you miss chance like that in soccer u will get punishe.

Bravo GAYS you are able to win the second team of PAO and with the help of 3 extra player in the form of the officiating officials.

kita re, ill give to nunez, great goal. but he had a complete diff lineup. and early on and towards the middle of the pitch there was too many foals tht werent called. too many yellow cards that werent given. and other bits and pieces here and there that were fcuked.

PAO did play shit though and we deserved to lose this one as this time around Oly wanted it more.

cmon man, theres no way you can blame a 4-0 loss on the refs.

out played in every aspect.

ela re im not blaming the 4-0 on the refs. Im saying that at 0-0 and esp at 1-0 there wre some very strange decisions. Second half we came out and played a little better and had our chance with Salpi missing the 1 on 1. that blow and with the earlier refereeing decisions took their toll and we stopped - literally. and then it was our fault for letting that effect us to that point and scoreline.

This is the problem with bad refs (Australia or Greece) they make so many bad decisions biased towards 1 team that the other teams confidence and concentration towards the game drops

and YES Pap is bloody xwma, pissed me off he stuffed up heaps, bench him for the rest of the season i say, stuffed up in 2 derbies in a row

i cant beleive he was ever captain!

surely he would lose his spot to salp and postiga.
even mantzios who i dont rate, i rate much higher than pap.

he's not cheap either, on about 700k a season, just about your highest paid player.

Olympiakos wanted the win more than Pana. They played with passion and much better and deserved to win. No excuses this time guys. The better team won. As has been said before Pana maybe 3rd on the Greek Super League table but they are a weak side as they have been since the departure of the Jew & Louie from the coaching positions. AEK & Olympiakos are clearly the best two sides in Greece at tyhe moment. Olympiakos to win the Cup & AEK the Championship.

Greek fan stabbed to death after cup match

A soccer fan was stabbed to death and another hospitalised after they were attacked following a Greek Cup match between Olympiakos Piraeus and Panathinaikos.

The two Olympiakos fans were attacked outside a cafe in Loutsa, a coastal town just outside Athens, by a group of Panathinaikos fans in the early hours of Thursday.

The two men, who had just returned from watching Olympiakos beat Panathinaikos 4-0, were both stabbed in the chest.

The 24-year-old, identified as Theophilos Stavrakis, died in hospital before emergency surgery while 26-year-old Costas Bakandritsas was in a stable condition after an operation, hospital authorities said.

Police said they had arrested three of the attackers and were hunting another, but denied the incident was related to soccer.

'This fight was not about football teams, it was for private reasons,' said a police source.

Police also revealed that Stavrakis had been arrested in the northern city of Thessaloniki in 2005 and banned from attending any soccer matches in Greece for two years.

Shame about that stabbing, really ruins some aspects of the beautiful game when stuff like that happens... (even though it was a 'private issue' and not football related)

OLY were a quality team when we played them, no doubt about that - and I hope they can carry their current form into the CL match against Chelsea.

Yes a Olympiakos fan was stabbed but it was a drug related deal nothing to do with the game. Get your facts right.
