Hotlegs went on to become 10CC apparently their name was suggested by Jonathan King ( who had some minor hits including Everyone's Gone To The Moon ).
The name 10CC was based on the fact that the average male ejaculate was 9CC, and the group were more than the average band, hence 10CC.
Jonathan King has since spent time in prison (2001) related to child sex offences
