I can't access You Tube at work, but I still remember Ben Thatcher's tears in 1996 at portman road upon our relegation.

I'll also remember his debut at Filbert Street. I was at university in leicester so made the short walk to the game only to watch this young kid make his debut and make David Speedie look stupid. Open up the newspapers the next day "thatcher's an animal, all he wanted to do was punch me all game. he nearly decapitated me" by David Speedie.

That 0-0 draw also kept you out of the play offs that year as well, so I don't know what you are :lol: about.

Made for an amusing end to the game (were you there) the draw was rubbish for both teams so it was like schoolboys in the playground stuff with everyone pushing forward.
