Hey Rooney, I think you'd struggle for a starting birth with a squad like that ha?ROONEY10 wrote:wat div u playin c grade for adel villa
Nah but in all seriousness mate, I think the young lads are jumping the gun a bit as i'm sure the committee has a bit of working out to do before any commitment is made. Villa was of the impression that the boys where all 18 and above with the majority of them with junior club experience. Villa has never accommodated for players of this age and a lot has to be looked into due to our responsibilities when it comes to liabilities and making sure the young lads arn't scarred both physically and emotionally. This would not be in the best interest of the Adelaide Villa Soccer Club or the game in general.

Sweepin' the clouds away
On my way to where the air is sweet
Can you tell me how to get,
How to get to Sesame Street
Come and play
Everything's A-OK
Friendly neighbors there
That's where we meet
Can you tell me how to get
How to get to Sesame Street

I would think yes, because teams can move players from A's to B's to C's which is essentially the same thing.Aldo Serena wrote:My understanding is yes, but someone from Munno Para should be able to answer as they had teams playing on both days.Hawkesy wrote:If you have a team in the saturday league and the sunday league, can you be "dual" registered and play both days.

I'd say the answer is NO! because they are 2 completley different competitions & for the reason Bodo Glimt said with the red cards serving it the same weekend???. Its the same with the cup? can they enter 2x teams? No! You cant play for 1 club saturday & a different 1 sunday so should the same club be allowed? NO!

The thing with the cup is that once you play you are cup-tied, but when it comes to the league it's not so clear. Take Old Ignations. They had a first team and reserve team in saturday division two, with their c's and d's doing the same in division three. Players more than likely would have been able to shuffle between those four sides.
I guess switching from saturday to sunday is the same thing because players are registered with a club, not with a team. Those who played for Munno Para were registered with Munno Para, not team A, B or C.
Whether that's morally right or wrong is another story, but I think it can be done.
