newcastle played well this morning and really pressured arsenal and the gunners didn't plat that well at all and a stupid mistake cost arsenal the game....adebayor or even eduardo should have just got the ball out! they missed their driving force in midfield of fabregas and hleb and flamini! lets hope we bounce back and win on the weekend - also can't wait for RVP to come back!

happy with this result, showed character to draw considering the following circumstances:
- newcastle desperate for any kind of results, had lost 4 or 5 on the trott and were bound to bounce back sometime, especially at home.
- big sam knows how to play arsenal
- cesc, flamini, van persie, hleb all out - key players all in midfield
i had a feeling we might lose this one, but to come away with a draw just shows we mean business this year, past few seasons wouldv lost this one!

uve only lost once there in the last 7 apperances, so uve got a pretty gd record...
i dun think using injuries is an excuse when u play a team like newcastle who is struggling!
shouldnt arsenalhave been fired up knowin that the prize of a 6 point gap was up for grabs
ppl always go on about arsenal being undefeated, but liverpool is too

yeh good results against previous newcastle sides..
dont look @ newcastles recent results..
they are a good side...just needed to click...and they clicked today..
big sam knows what he is doing, and if given time will do well.....
like i said he knows how to play arsenal, we killed bolton this year without big sam, so he had alot to do with it in previous seasons..
and yeh injuries are an excuse for not WINNING this one....if we lost then yeh thats poor....but at least getting a draw away from home against a team who in all honesty, if lost today, big sam would have got the sack
if we had just one of fabregas or hleb or van persie in the team today, would have been a different result - a win

Assssnal drop points against the toons!
HA HA HA
A game u guys should of thumped the toons by at least 6-7 goals.
Neways, theirs always next week.
Oh well, at least ur still unbeaten though, ey?
newcastle are mid table with 19 points, just behind teams like everton and west ham who have been playing well...
newcastle had a strong start, but yeh had a bad run in the past 5 games, which was due to end...
you should not diss the toon, imo if they keep hold of big sam for whole season, could push for europe..
stick to italian football mate
oh and btw its there is always next week, not theirs

Typical whinge, whinge from a assssssnal fan!
Its ok to get rubbished when united loses to man city and bolton, but now that U guys cannot beat a shocking team like Newcastle, U have to have a go!
U guys were NOT good enough on the day - GET OVER IT!
Thats fine, I just love how at least for a week I dont have to hear tossers like u raving on and on about Asssnal this ans asssnal that.
As I keep saying - Remember the epl is a marathon not a sprint!

and I have never stated on here that we have the title in the bag, and it is a long season and we have yet to win anything..
my point being it was a good result for us in context of the season
