Promoted teams?

Does anyone know how many teams will be getting promoted from the Sunday 4th division?

It should be only two, although Northern United seemed to think it will be three - as per their advertising for a coach. I am almost certain that the SAASL put a statement on the website when Chilean pulled out of the competition that only one team will be relegated from Div 3 (which ended up being Seaford).
