Good to see a women's football article in today's Adevertiser. What is that photo meant to represent? A serious football game or a frolic in the park?

Same old same old. The way the photographer set the shot is indicative of how they will portray the game to the public.

The crew down at Valetta rd ought to start widening their repetoire and get some new fresh faces out there. No disprespect to our gals but lets move on.

They're not even in full uniform or anything... This photo was obviously not meant to portrait a serious football team or competition. Disappointing

Ditto Dr. D. Not sure if players want to be portrayed in this way. Not the photgrapher's fault. I'm sure the Matildas herirachy would vet the pics first and decide on what is or isn't published.

Comemnt that the "women's game can't keep up with the growth in the sport" is interesting. Where's the forward planning mate? Clubs with far less resources can keep up with the pace of change. People are paid to do the job AND have extensive resources at their disposal AND need to ensure that they keep pace with the expansion of the sport. I know the answer but that's my opinion.

There is a theme emanating under various topics and all roads lead to .........

Coaches and adminsitrators come and go. Players are the one constant element to success. They are the game.

Enough finger pointing. Lowy and co. decided that ASA and the NSL was a dead horse and had to be revamped. Success has been forthcoming!

Things are not good here.

geeze, i think its good that we even got some exposure in the paper!! not everyone can be as perfect as u miss lolli hahaha

it was just to let ppl know that the games were on etc. and im sure it did the job it intended.

maybe by the end of the few games they will get a snap shot of some players during a game.

anyways, GO SENSATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
