He raves about Barca and Milan, but they play great football and are the two best teams in the world! He is an idealist so sometimes it can be annoying to hear him put down A-League teams who don't play like Barca or Milan, when they just don't have the skill to execute such fantastic play.

I reckon any of the top 8 clubs would beat national sides. They can buy the players and talent not worrying about national borders and they play together week in week out.

I like the way he breaks down the play and clearly explains what's happening.

It is great for young players and coaches to have tactical information like this explained in simple, easy to understand language.

No other so-called expert can do it anywhere near as good as he can.

Why doesnt he ever put his hand up to coach a team? With all his "expert" knowledge, he is, in theory, wasted as a commentator/reviewer.
With the benefit of slow motion replays, pin-pointing plays and analysing tactics isnt always rocket science.

I have been diagnosed with skin cancer today and it’s on my eyelid right next to my tear duct, I am unable to have the op to remove it until the end of Jan.

The Specialist would not say what the chances of losing my eye are but I will keep you posted John.
