yes very disapointing draw, reggina should have killed them and finshed them off, if games were 80 minutes long reggina would win so many games beacause they always conceed in the last 10 minutes

Good Point for Reggina. Pity they couldn't hold off for another miunte or so.
Actually maybe it's better they drew or else i'm sure the Napoli fans would have burnt their own stadium, rip up the seats, throw objects at their players, bash their captain etc......

Arunja - dissapointing draw for Reggina!!!!!!!!! They would have taken a point before the game if it was offered to them.
FarQ - match highlights are availble to be viewed on the internet if you didnt know by now and a 5-10 minute highlights package would surely be able to tell you who had most possesion and scoring opportunities. Napoli had 6 corners to Regginas 1 (saying that they bloody scored from it). Napoli were the more dominate in this game and Calaio had missed a penalty. Once again had Calaio scored, the ball would have gone to the middle of the park for a restart and not a resulting corner so Lavezzis 90minute goal probably more than likely would have not eventuated and the score would have still finished 1-1.
I actually pencilled down a 0-0 draw vs Reggina and am predicting an away victory this week vs the PINKIES.
Reggina's problem has been that they dont come out to play until the second half but its probably better that they dont come out at all in the second half!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reggina's Half Time scores thus far:
6 times 0-0
2 times 0-1
2 times 1-1
only once leading 1-0 vs lazio at Half Time break.
They have only scored 3 times before the break and only conceded 4.
In their second half they have only bettered their 3 goals by 1 more YET concedeing 14 in the progress.
As for Napoli they have always found it difficult to make easy work of teams that are in the bottom 5..aka reggina, empoli, livorno. The Naps enjoy their midtable clashes and Palermo this weekend will be another anticipated clash of two of those such teams.
Once again Napoli's target at the conclusion of Round 15 is to be on 20 points or above. That is my only concern. There are 5-6 midtable clashes coming up and Napoli will be looking at collecting points during this period contnuing to cement thier place in the top half.
A draw against teams which are below you in the table is sometimes frowned upon as a defeat but in my eyes it keeps that team from progressing up the table should they have won as is the case vs Reggina.
My heart always beats bianco-blu for my beloved Napoli.

Napoli home games are not broadcasted.
You can watch Napoli vs Palermo this week because Napoli are playing AWAY from home and on Saturday. RAI broadcast Saturday games always because there are always 2 Serie A games on as well as the pick of the crop from Serie B.
Diegom would have been meaning by your remarks that you stated:
"REGGINA SHOULD HAVE KILLED THEM AND FINISHED THEM OFF"
Obviously Diegom would have viewed the highlights or listened to it on the radio via telesport and did not agree with your opinions in the event that you had made that statement.

played well for the most part, not clinical enough not in front of goal
Lavezzi is a the centre of just about everything,,,scored his first at the San Paolo,,,he is proving critical.

Oh and Napolitani's are ALL the same.................hard headed.
lets be honest....
after losing 1-3 @ home to livorno a point at napoli who is in decent form is a good result....
however, still pissed at conceding again in the 90th...like when they took the lead in the 91st against palermo & let them equallise in the 93rd....
they are a young new side, not gelling but the quicker they learn to close games out the better....
jury still out on the coach for me but if they dont improve by x-mas then he should go - still it mite be too late even then....

I think Renzo Ulivieri will play more attacking than Ficcadenti did, Ficcadenti was playing to many players at the back... Our president Lillo Foti has to take some of the blame.... we do not have a decent Striker, Joelsen and Tullberg have been a failure, and having three good players who can play a supporting role in Vigiani, Cozza and Amoruso, Foti must realise that he erred not buying a good replacement to Rolando Bianchi as the centrovanti... The arrival of 20 year old Christian Stuani in December can't come sooner, he is a real hot prospect and a real Centrovanti and has been scoring almost every game in the Uraguay league.reggina wrote:beg my pardon...just saw that ficcadenti was already sacked...
guess thats what happens when you dont go on the net for a few days...
