U15 A girls league

Post by noneofyourbusiness »

Who do you all think was the best player in the Under 15 A's Girl's League?

I watched at least one game every Sunday from the Under 15 Girls League, and there were four girls that stood out to me, they were all from Para Hills Knights..
I'm not %100 on their names.. I think, one was Lucia? Umm, another was Kaite.. or Kaitlyn, and one by the name of Morgan.. and there was one more.. her name is Jazz.

There were a few from South Adelaide who stood out to me, unfortunately i'm not sure of their names, and I think there were one or two girls from Adelaide City.

Let me know who you think stood out?

I agree with noneofyourbusiness about Morgan. I think she may have been recognised at STIC.

Considering pink panthers (south adelaide) won both the league and the cup final, undefeated, I'd assume there were some stand out players from that team.
One player who I think definitely stood out was Ruth Wallace, pretty sure she was the anchor of the team.
From Adelaide City, the captain Chloe Green is definitely a player to look out for in the future.
I'd say the best player(s) from the 15's A League would probably be either Chloe or Ruth.
Other players I've heard being decent players include, Daniela (Adelaide City), Sarah (Adelaide City), Cassie (South Adelaide), Vanessa (South Adelaide) and Morgan as mentioned above.

All those girls mentioned so far are quality players.

This particular age group is looking very good for the future.
It looks even better though when you consider that quite a large number of girls eligable to have played U15s last season (season 2007) didn't actually play in that age group - they played in U17 and/or Res&Prems.
(you can also include 1 or 2 girls who were eligable to play U13 last season who played U17/Reserves too.)
Just take a look at the 2007 U14 & U15 State Teams - out of 32 girls, only about 5 or 6 played in the SAWSA U15 competition.

I agree, that particular age group is excelling quite quickly and it just goes to show that women are just as important as men in the soccer world.
I will keep my eye out next season for those that do play Under 15 Girls.
I'm sure many of the girl/women state players are chosen from that league.

Daniela Di Bartolo and Sarah Votino - gun little players with big hearts who are going to go far in this game. I think both girls are training with the Young Sensation Development set-up and have been identified as possibles for the Young Matilda's in the future. Both scored when the state team went to Coff Harbour earlier in the year.

The future of women's soccer is looking bright when you see the talent and passion of all of the young players coming through at this level... Something must be going right

Chloe Green is also an outstanding player. She too is in the Young Sensations Development Squad despite only turning 13 years old this year!
