Also tried to stay on his feet

A couple of times I thought he might go down to try for a penalty but stayed up and kept going.
:!:
If only some brazilians could try the same

yea gotta give it up 2 the young kid, like ONLY 20! and already gets the world class rating, him and Fabregas, bit hard do believe they are the furture of football, just cant wait to see who else at such young ages turns out like them.

He is a very talented player and quite enjoyed watching him play last night, his speed,footwork/skills is great to watch and his pearler of a strike that hit the woodwork was unfortunate,he deserved a goal.

The kid is a class of his own.

But the comparisons to Maradona are stupid

There is only and will ever be one Maradona

yea spot on 'rocky 10', maradona is in a class 'of his own', just like all the other past time legends. and as pele said as football evolves in the world, players evolve and will much better than us (maradona, pele etc). im sick of high people and commentators sayin like'oh hes the next harry kewell, or the asaian maradona, the black wayne rooney, its wrong, players make their own class and their own name, they dont wanna get labelled as sumone else.

very true, however, i think you wll find he doesn't mind being labelled as the next maradonna. That's high praise. That would only make him a better player, his confidence would be even better.

just love the way argentina play. theres no jogging, its walking or sprinting flat out with the ball under sublime control. messi is world class. i cant wait to see barca play next time there on telly just to see messi and ronnie on the park at the same time...throw in henry and eto aswell! full credit to the aussies who played very well. surprised me actually. i think with that formation and intensity we would of done well at the asian cup
