next year will be a hard one. but there are people at the beach, that know what has to be done. and as we have seen from they way that east and farm finished this, the top div 2 do well. i am positive we will be competetive. first year will be to establish. then world dominationgetstuckin wrote:and will only be a brief stay as well, hope you like looking at the nine teams above you on the table!

Good luck to the Beach. First season in Div 1 i think would always be about staying there and seeing how things go.
The Farm had a stellar season in the top div finishing 2nd behind the Downs but the East fell away near the end of the year to finish 8th.
Im sure the 2 teams heading up will do ok. Good luck anyways.

Northern domination in Div 1 will remain. The western teams do not attract players or pull crowds and support like the Northern teams. They love there football out north!BEACHBUM wrote:hopefully fulham and plympton get up next year. that will then be 5 teams from the western suburbs. maybe the north isnt as stong as it used to beROONEY10 wrote:relocate up to the north lads hate travelin to far to go
It wont be long and Inter will be back up & TTG are building a good team already got the facilities so they might be in with a chance next year. the Northern teams still in Div 1 are strong clubs with strong playing groups. I predict beach will go straight back down

We will see if you can pull an away crowd first like the Downs. But with our luck and the draw we will be travelling down your way last game.but we do not mind as we have always won the Div 1 championship away from home. Where are you located, I reckon I have only been there once and we thumped you. I reckon it was when Marty Craig was the gaffer. Do we need to bring sandals if it is close to the beach. Marooned can where his speedos if you are nice to him... We can supply pictures of danny rayon in the miss Lizzie downs pagent if you want as well..grouse n' ice wrote:There'll be no time to lick your hairy beenbags. It's about time some real men came up and tought you boys how to play football

We're at Lockleys Oval legga. The playing surface there is second only to Hindmarsh Stadium. Never mind cricket, they play lawn bowls there during the summer months!
It's as smooth as what I hope marooneds thighs are like in the speedo's.
If you all insist on wearing sandals make sure they're a low heel with no straps to save any blisters from the sand!!!
