how do you reckon the teams will go the games i know of are fulham under 17s vs cumberland and fulham ressies vs metro.

i think maybe 17s will lose cause their keeper cant play and they got beaten by cumberland 6-1 during the season and for ressies maybe lose too depends on how they play and their keeper lately hasnt been playing well and could improve maybe she aint good enough for ressies yet. hopefully both will be good games. good luck to all teams

nah nah anh fulham U/17's lost purely coz i was their coach and they only had 8 players haha oh and they rocked up at 9.45am for a 10am kick-off (YES, I WAS STRESSIN!!)

could be a close game
also fulham under 13's playing in the cup on sunday as well..

U13 semi finalists are Fulham versus Adelaide Uni and Metro vs Adelaide City I think.

U13's
Adelaide City 2 Metro 1 - Metro were leading 1-0 right up until about five minutes from the end, but City somehow managed to pull it back

I know Fulham won the other game but don't know the score.

Anyone know any other results? And what date the finals will be played on?

fulham 17's lost 4.1
fulham reserves lost 1.0 vs metro...
fulham prems got thru on goal difference...

Hello girls.

been a long time since Pol Pot posted on womens forum.

Just to let u know that Pol Pots under 15A team West Adelaide Blues will be playing at the final at Hindmarsh Stadium on August 26 at 3.45pm.

Hopefully all goes well. If you would like to see a good game get down there.

What is happening with the other Semi final game between Cumby's and Grove.

Whats the rule book say about replaying the game versus only playing the last 15 minutes of extra time?

Is it really worth it or should the current score line stand (3 - 4)?

Anyone???

This was sent out on Tuesday as part of a larger email from SAWSA:

RESERVE AND DIVISION ONE CUP SEMI-FINAL GAMES

Fulham United 0 v Metro United 1
Cumberland United A v Elizabeth Grove A

The semi-final game between Cumberland United and Elizabeth Grove was abandoned due to bad light. This game will be finalized on Tuesday 14 August at SAWSAâ€™s Home Ground at 7.00pm.

It doesn't actually say whether the whole game will be replayed or just the last 15 minutes...

However it does say on page 16 of the Competition Rules on SAWSA's website that:

21.1 If a game is abandoned or terminated before the completion of the time specified in the Laws of the Game for any reason whatsoever, the clubs whose teams took part in the fixture shall within 48 hours submit a full report in writing to the SAWSA

21.2 The Executive Officer may:
a) Order the teams to replay the match
b)Award the game as a forfeit
c)Order the players and club/s to appear before a Disciplinary Hearing

I believe the above suggests the whole game will be replayed on the 14th

Does SAWSA's ground meet the 100 lux minimum requirement for games to be played, or only the 50 lux min for practice under lights?

Cup semi finals were played at SAWSA's ground on a weeknight last year under lights in pouring rain with no problems... The lights are a good standard

Im presuming these matches were played on pitch one as the other one only appears to have coverage for half the field? Not that Ive been there when the lights were on. Could be mistaken

Yep yep pretty sure pitch closest to the changerooms wa sonly one used!

im sure we will have no probs wit the semis of Prems at Santos! Good pitch.. good lights.. so hopefully = good games! With the 2nd Game prob finishing at about midnight! lights needa be up and active and ready to shine! hahaha

just from hearing comments from ppl, and not trying to be rude or arrogant in ANY way... but is there any point in grove playing against metro? i know that anything can happen in a cup game - but metro are above anyone in that reserves league...
