You guys wont go down, points will come. Too good to drop again. rebuild next year im sure marty aint going anywhere. If fact id' put money on it.
Wouldnt be surpised to see you win last two games. With a bit of encouragment i think some wandering players may come back to your club. When do i get to defend my quiz night champ status or my kareoke crown?

Unfortunately if wandering keepers wander back, it won't be as a keeper. The gloves are being locked away at the end of this year and the key is going to be tossed away.

As for quiz nights, i have had one prepared for ages, just waiting on the word to go ahead.

not even close to the best. the title is BEST goalkeeper in amateurs. back to the drawing board.

O.K he may not be the "BEST" in your eyes. All I know after seeing him week in and week out for the past 3 years he is a farkin good keeper. He has saved the gullies time and time again. I guess you wouldn't have seen to much of him at his best as Vista didn't exactly pepper our goal mouth did they? Ask other clubs in our divi and see if they have the same view as you. He talks all game, loves a beer and a laugh with the boys and in everyone eyes at the Gully is the best keeper around. Wouldn't want him replaced with anyone else that has been mentioned on this topic.

You have just proven how thick you are. You say re- read the title "Best Goalkeeper" then you name three , the last time I checked Goalkeeper means one of. If it said goalkeepers then you can name three you dumb clown. Go back to the drawing board. You have no idea on and off the field!!

every man who puts on the mittens is the 'best goalkeeper' for their respective club so i guess there is about 100 guys out there with that title at their clubs or they would have been replaced......having done the job for 30 years now i say hats off to all the boys between the posts who dont get the luxury of a stuff up and have to perform consistantly week in week out for their clubs..... they are all champions :D

Andy Allen would have to be up there. Lots of good ones through the years. Steve Main would have to be my pick though..... 8) 8) 8) 8)

Johnny Psarombas for Gully, Macedonia ++ was pretty good in his day.
Played for the Amateur State team for a while.
What about Billy McLaren and his sock!
Steve Main hasn't reached his prime yet, but could be considered (if you had experimented with LSD at some stage in your life!)
