pumas v knights.

A's pumas 4-1 knights

good strong performance by the pumas A grade team did not get to see most 1st half due to hunger. but 2nd half was a good performance quite physical i believe, ref tending to favour knights and giving them a penelty leading to there goal. pumas were denied 2 penalties one definetly should of been a penalty but ref must not have seen it but pumas a's with the 3 points.

B's pumas 0-2 knights

both teams i thought played well was a tough match, the ref did favour the knights in the b game, pumas denied a goal was called ofside when player was standing inside the goal post :?. ref didnt even look at pumas linesman when 2 knights pl;ayers where offside and ball got played to them. but i must say knights should of got 2 free kicks from 2 blaten hand balls  but it was a good game. pumas going down with 3 injuries and down to 10 men due to only 2 subs was a tough match but both teams played with heart.

P.S the cone of chips rocked... unique and cant wait to have again next season.

Pumas were good today, although we just never got going. Really not sure what your on about re the 2 penalties don't remember one appeal never mind 2! Also our penalty was cast iron player raised both hands to block a shot

In the B's was good game, we have an ex Amateur League referee who is pretty average gives some strange decisions both ways. You failed to mention that there were 2 offside goals one for Pumas one for Knights. They were almost identical both times the ball was going in and a player almost on the goal line hit it in. Also yes would should have had 2 penalties for handball both not given so hard to know why you think the referee favoured us.

In both games the better team won

Some interesting results in the A's. With a few results going our way the Gully's could be pushing for promotion aswell which would be a bit of a surprise a few weeks ago im sure.

I think TTG could do a Fulham and pip everyone. We haven't given up hope as all the teams above us have tough games, however need a 100% improvement on Sunday

Fulham 3 - Florina 0

Great effort by the lads - totally outplayed Florina - could have been 5 or 6.

We are not done with yet and wont be going down without a fight - 4 results in last 4 weeks.

So sad to see Inter get pumped by the Downs...........NOT...
Why no results from your B grade?
wasn't sure of the final score.

but it has been confirmed it was 5 nil.

USC lion won - did Djoko score any?

Did Donovan score for Farm?

Spiby with a class diving header y-day - if only he wasnt so slack and played all year - he'd be topping the goal scoring charts.

Pull a Fulham hay it could be on the cards. Just have to keep winning, thats all we can do. Tough game after the cup round though with West Beach at home followed by the Bulldogs who have found some good form in recent weeks and then the Pumas who beat us last time.

Great Wins for Gully a's and b's yesterday. 3-0 to both sides, was probably the best and hungriest I have seen the A's play this year. Big Woodsy definately adds that touch of class that has been missing up front. Hopefully he can play out the rest of the year for us. Would be worth at least another killer python to get him out on a sunday. All the young boys showed plenty of skill and desperation and it was good to see that everything I've tought them has finally started showing on game days. Great variety of passing on display Greggy. Simply to classy for the Vikings cheats. Lets continue the good form Boys and you never know what could fall our way. Win the cup - get promoted - win the B's- I would have taken that at the start of the year if it was offered. Get hungry boys.

I can not understand where their goals are coming from and how they are knocking off these teams. In my opinion pumas were the worst team we have played all year!!! can any pumas boys enlighten us as to what happens when u play against Vista???
"the worst team we have played this year" .... a bit harsh buddy!!!
I dont know what happens.. on a good day we are one of the better teams in the league, but on our worst days we make sub standard teams look better. But I guess thats why we are able to shock teams with some great results... as seen Sunday. The home team supporters were a bit wierd though.. They like to take pictures of players, we offered a team pic but they only seemed to like one player.

Hey buddy... i was just saying what i thought! with a 9-1 aggregate win dont you think it would be fair for me to say that with the season vista is having. Both games against pumas were pretty much dominated from start to finish by us! dont think weve been able to do that against anyone else this year!!!
