This could be the turning point for the top spot in the U16's. Both teams played really well as Adelaide city took an early lead, but the never say die attitude of campbelltown paid off with two equalising goals by hard work. If that scissor from the c'town captain connected, it woulg get my vote 4 goal of the year

After todays draw Adelaide City have surely lost the title race. The only way they can win if Blue Eagles drop points but it doesn't look like it will happen. City can probably just concentrate on getting to Hindmarsh and winning the cup.

Yeh heard the poor bloke lost his FIFA coin on the ground during the game, it's funny coz these ref's tell us players to take off valuables when these shunk referees hold onto them too. Rico was still looking for the coin, even after the game had finished

Not 100% sure, but i think one of the city players picked up the coin. I saw him holding a small object in his hand.

Today's result was excellent for Campbelltown as they have made it alot harder for city to win the league. Well done to all the boys.

Intersesting to so no adl city players commenting on this one. my opinion was that they thought they had the 3 pionts before the game had even started. goes to show that they were all cocky and got what they deserved by not winning. Thats why they arnt commenting because they know they look stupid.

thats exactly rite tommy, they shut up wen things dont go there way. i personally hate adelaide city and nuthing makes me happier that screwing up there season, especially when they are as cocky as they are. full credit to the boys who played with their hearts on their sleeves and put in 110% for the 80 minutes. also thanks to all the boys from the 15s and 17s who came out and supported us.

yea it was a gud game, if city should hav taken there chances it would of been a diffrent result. this campbletown team was a lot diffrent to the team who we played in the previous 2 occasions ( bringing down 17s) they also had about 5 on the bench... our city team brings up 2 field u/15s, y didn't campbletown do that....

Obviously you should get your eyes checked as it was the same team that played, the keeper and an eligable U17B player came to help out the side, but to try and use that as an excuse is lame. You city shunks came in cocky thinking you were top $hit and when you didn't win you had a big cry and sook.

We played younger players for the cup round and then some of you cocky bananas had the nerve to say we were making excuses. It sounds like to me the only ones making excuses are the people from city.

Good Luck chasing your season

For your information the keeper of the 15s in the state keeper, so stop your bitching. Its actually quite childish.

That player didn't play for 16s. He plays for 17As camp. He is a very good player for his age.

i watched the game. The game was played at good spirits. C'town keeper pulled off some great saves considering wat (giorgio chiellini) wrote that he wasnt even a keeper. Especially the save in the last second!!! City could of won if they took there chances but thats how football is. Good game to watch
