West Beach contenders or PRETENDERS?

Post by UPTHEREAR »

Pontians a sure thing for the title & the other Greeks Imbros sitting in second & a great chance for promotion to div 1 .
obviously with the cooler weather people are not drinking enough & the empty can drive at West Beach has dried up & they cant afford to pay players anymore .West Beach contenders or pretenders ? Another year destined to stay in div 2 ?

Dont get me wrong - I dont think that West Beach are the pretenders.

Obviously a big game for them this weekend away at Raptors and I'm sure this topic is meant as a gee up for the Beach Boys. Not sure whether Raptors's ground and facilities is up to Div 1. Whereas the Beach at least have showers for away teams!

It may well go down to te last game of the season and the Beach have Vista away. We're now used to holding promotion parties for other teams :? :(

maybe they should run like the boss runs the reserves, too many loses from leading and playing the better soccer, from what i see the beach are far better than the teams they lose too, they just seem to fade away, saying that give credit where credit is due the As boss has done great but i think it would be quite a shock for sum players to train with the reserves for a week instead of laughing at them running for the first half of training never touching a ball.will bring the bigos on thursday grouse got sum for ya  if we lose this week i think div 2 again sorry

errr sad kopite just wondering if u could explain to me what are the recomendations for faciliteis for a div 1 team is,,,didnt realise there was any,,the reason the away change rooms arent available is cause of a fire to the school so they need the area,,the ground has been used for div 1 teams for 30 years rostrevor ,,payneham and adelaide villa, but then again u wouldnt know what div1 teams have played there.

surely the croatians could give them some of their spare cans out of charity..?!

i reckon them boys would accumulate enough cans over a season to build a second stadium! and thats just using the cans to actually build it, the money raised would furnish the damn thing!

few cartons floating around the club now Hos considering all the red cards hey?

Sounds like your colon has got blocked again buddy! Just thought you should be able to offer showers and a changing rooms able to fit a full team and not a 5 a side team.

I think you'll find Adelaide Villa moved away from there when they were in Div 1 - possibly because the ground wasn't good enough for Div 1!!!!!! So thanks for the help in backing up my argument. Oh...and you'll need a better team

By the way your spelling and grammar really is terrible.

they have shit facilities there happy. played against villa there a couple of years ago. and that is one of the reasons they left. the ground resembles a cow paddock. will be making sure all the boys from beach strap their ankles this week. cant believe teams are still allowed to use grounds like that.

the beach boys are on the attack before an important game are they???

you have thus far made negative comments regarding
the state of the pitch
the state of the facilities
the perceived race of the raptor players

have presumed to know why adl villa left

have warned the raptor boys of the coming physical battle

pressure or not they are all valid points and i can tell you for a FACT that the pitch and facilities were the main reason adelaide villa left.
pitch and facilities are both crap.
since when were games against west beach not physical?
like its not clear for the whole world to see what kind of ethnic backgrounds different clubs represent.

ok then mate, i'll make my final point then you can go to bed. 6 points or not we have history that YOU cannot buy, have proved we deserve to play in div 2, have better facilities than you, dont have to play on a cow paddock at a school and play far more attractive football. 6 points or not, we'll see how far it gets you. a shame we didnt get you in the cup, now that i know who you are i wouldnt mind cleaning you up, guess i'll just have to wait till next year. dont you go and retire on me

for a club with all this history and great facilities, what division do you play in????

what div are we???

so how are you better?????

a lot of good boys at your club, too bad youre a tosser giving them a bad rap!!!

for someone who is about to retire, scoring a goal and making you look stupid was not only fun but real easy!!!

alright boys have we had enough??? why the pick on raptors posts???

win lose or draw against the beach or any of the last 5 opponents, weve respected all teams, more than i can say for some forumites!!!

You are a f*king tosser mate, I have played on a few amateur grounds and I would never say Raptors ground is a cow paddock.... the pitch is pretty flat and good to play on, not that u can play! you've got no idea mate.... as for Vista's ground, it's smaller than an u8's pitch and the goals aren't even regulation size so don't u start mackem...

"Hope they're wearing shinnies!?" What a loser comment from a dumb sh!t.... how about "we'll play them off the park", no sorry u don't play soccer u just hack, hack, hack and maybe score from a goalmouth scramble if u pump the ball in their long enough...

no wonder you wankas are losing to every team in the league! How can u lose and draw ur last few games to the bottom teams and then come on here and start talking it up, get back in your hole u pleb! fek off ur not even worth playing against this week....
