Mark Viduka v Oman

Let me start out by saying I am a very big fan of Mark Viduka.

However his performance against Oman was the worst I have ever seen him play for the Socceroos.

Every player can have a bad day but he just did not look very interested.

Is he trying to avoid injury for the upcoming Premier League season? Is he unfit? Is he dis-interested/wants to be home with his family? Or was he just having a bad hair day?

i understand 100% what you are saying, but it is fair to give him another game as the whole team looked a little out of sorts...actually very out of sorts...

in all fairness and in defence to the big man, when he did go to control the ball, many times he had 2-3 defenders come to shut him down....
