Saturday Division Two:
Couldn't go to see Africa Allstars like I usually do because they played interstate (well for someone with no car it was too far to travel) so I went to see the Fc Adelaide v Comets matches instead.
First Team: Fc Adelaide 3 Comets 0
Reserves: Fc Adelaide 11 Comets 1

If so ladder now looks like this....
Team - GD - Pts
Pontian - 12 - 24
WB - 16 - 23
Knights - 10 - 20
ISC - 3 - 19
Vista - 3 - 18
TTG - 2 - 15
Pumas - -9 - 13
Croatia - -2 - 12
Vikings - 9 - 10
Doggies - -26 - 3
Top four are close similar to last season with gully dropping a game behind us to 5th. will be a tight finish for the last half of the season... cant see doggies staying up although would like them to. Think the title race is open to the top 5 at the moment but realistically a few good games and right results could see gully pushing for promotion too!!!

Reserves
Vista 3
Pumas 1
Very scrappy game, Vista eventually grinding out a result. Fantastic 80? yard goal from Rocca to seal it. 3 points is 3 points, keeps us in touch with the top 3. Big thanks to Pumas boys for hanging round for a few beers.

Respect to the Puma boys, kept playing footy all afternoon
and deserved their goal in the 2nd half.
Had a few brito's afterwards too.
All the best for the season lads.
Looking forward to the food feast next week at the Imbro's
The young boys said unto him....."go up baldhead, go up"......so he did, rose like a salmon and nodded the ball into the net......1 nil!
