Gawler U17 B's

Post by Huddo #3 »

what has happened here? ffsa site has given them a 3-0 loss for each match for the rest of the season, guessing that means a forfeit. is it something to do with their 19s? :?

guys, to let you know Gawler 17 players have been playing in the U/19's due to injuries etc. Some playing 23's also. This has limited the number of players for the 17 B's, think it was decided that the B's pull out as the C side would get flogged even worse than they are now

Yes, gawler 17B's now dont have a team, the good players will go up to 19's and the rest down to 17C's.

not so much the rest of the season as every team gets a 3-0, apart from Cambeltown whose result currently stands as 1-1 from the weekend

if you haven't been there for years, probably best that you leave your comments to yourself champ, with over 400 jnr sides, why would it be that you get rid of a club, jnrs running strong as

ZZZZ, You are a knuckle, this club has 20+ junior teams in the JPL and E&D comp and continues to try and go forward as a club and support football in the north.
Do not knock that which you so obviously know very little about

Campbelltown were the only team to play them twice. Which is a bit unfair and I think the points should be awarded back to Campbelltown.

It is unfair, but I don't think the points will be going to Campbelltown.

yeah a little unlucky for Campbelltown, but they cant be given the points if the matches have already been played. Playford didn't play Gawler at all, so how do you call that one?

Campbelltown played Gawler twice and Playford did not play them once how unfair is that. Campbelltown should be awarded the points because they're the only team to play them a second time. If Playford get the 3 points for when they didn't play them the first time Campbelltown should also get the points. Because then Campbelltown are stuck with the draw and Playford are stuck with 2 forfeit wins.

It's just purely bad luck for Campbelltown that Gawler withdrew when they did, and simply because of the season fixtures. It could have been any other team in Campbelltown's situation.
