Now Henry has left arsenal it is going to mean we will not be scoring as many goals but to think Henry is arsenals only good player is insane.

Theo Walcott- in 1 yr or 2 he will be one of the best Strikers in the world.

Emmanuel Adebayor- Netted 12 times this season and missed a few games due to injury

Robin Van Persie- Netted 13 times this season and missed alot of the season.

And after all we have Fabregas

Who said arsenal is in trouble

they may be good but none of them are in the league of henry and i dont think theo walcott will ever be as good as him i just think he is going to be a very hard man to replace its like vieira they still havnt replaced him and i think they will have the same trouble with henry

and personally i dont think any player mantioned can do for arsenal what he has done and that included torres, eto, huntelaar and tevez
I speak nothing but the truth

with arsenal sellin henry, doesnt it make em a sorta less attractive club to go too now... only cesc is the standout, and in about 2-3 yrs he will b at madrid... or maybe they mite put a bid in for him now. henry wasnt jst a great player, but he was wat made ppl wanna play at arsenal... and i dun think they can entice world class players there without henry...
wats walcot done 2 suggest hes gonna b a star??? van persie is a gun as too adebayor who lifted this season

I told you last year this would happen.
i don't remember that.....lol but im sure u said it if ur claiming it

Arsenal are way off being finished...when Vieira left, that same year we made the Champions League final....i think Fabregas and Gilberto have filled in the void really well after he left

i think goal scoring wise if we get either Huntelaar or Tevez i think they will score the same amount as Henry, but the impact on/off the field as a leader and a champion will be lost

common dude u of all ppl should know with big clubs go on even when stars go...

when cantona left man utd evry1 was freakin out...then came beckham!

history has a habit of repeatin itself in football...

bergkamp gone? v.persie
vieira gone? cesc
anelka gone? henry
henry gone? time will tell

a club like arsenal is too big and too popular to just collapse...

i rkn bendter is going to be a huge hit this season...

we could always call back carlos vella the mexican wonderkid aswell

but i rkn wenger will sign either 1 of - torres, huntaleer, babel, owen, martins, anelka, or trezeguet....

personally i would go for huntaleer and babel in a joint deal...and if that cant be done...torres with reyes included in the deal

IMO we should go after Tevez, he has already stated that he wants to play for a big club. And unlike the other names that have been put up, he has shown that he can play in England.

yeh i agree bout Bendtner.....big, strong and skillful...i think he is ready for the premiership and the henry selling is the perfect chance for him to shine

we need 2 buy one from that list though

A huge loss to Arsenal, and a huge lost to EPL as well ..
When he's in Arsenal, i always bagging "Henry will leave this season etc etc" .. but now he's left, i feels like something missing .. i like the way Henry playing !! He's by far the best striker in the world without a doubt ... This kind of feeling is just like when beckham left the club and join Real Madrid :(

Arsenal is still a STRONG TEAM even tho he's leaving ... Fabegras = truely amazing ... Van Per Sie will be the keyman next season along with Fabegres .. but i dont think Arsenal will be the title contender next season ... a top 4 is considering a good achievement for them if they dont sign any world class striker

everyone has forgot about diaby. i expect him to fill the deep lying viera role this season. at only 20 or so, he will be arsenals rock for the next 5 years.
toure, gallas, djorou, senderos will be fine at the back for next 5 years also.
eboue is already a world class right back, including strong replacements in gilbert and hoyte. within a year or so clichy will be in the worlds top 5 left backs, with his reserve traore, who will be just as good if not better!
cesc and gilberto will be there all season, plus denilson, walcott, hleb an rosicky.
and we already have the henry replacement in RVP, adebayor will be better and players like bendtner and vela can come back from loan.

in saying this, definately need 3 to 4 signings.
2 wingers/midfielders, 2 strikers.
epl title thanks

exactly right

its far from panic time.....its just a new era beginning without Henry....we'll be fine....i agree we need to sign at least one/two strikers and then one winger i think to replace Hleb....Rosicky didnt have the best year this year but he did well....i think we can expect big things from my man

Barcelona have wasted no time in putting their latest super-star, Thierry Henry on show to the public.

The Arsenal legend was flown by private jet to Barcelona airport, then whisked straight to the Nou Camp for the world to see.

We're not allowed to publish pictures because of copyright laws, but for those of you who have not yet seen them, let me tell you that he didn't look like a man filled with joy. His poor attempts at a smile were clearly forced as he posed infront of cameras.

Seeing it makes it all hit home that little bit more. Thierry Henry, the most lethal, and arguably the best Arsenal player to have lived.

Henry will once again make a public apperance tomorrow afternoon after passing a medical with the Catalan giants, where he will wear Barcelona's colours for the first time.

they r gonna have 1 unhappy pappy.

the link for ronaldinho is from a spanish paper AS, cant find the translated link though, just comment on it.
also a swap deal for reyes and robinho is on the cards, or buying adriano or Jo from cska.
arsenal apparently also have 1st dibbs on eto'o, and could sign him if they dont make any other big name striker signing.

rosicky will have an awesome year in 0708...he is a super player and just needed to get a year under his belt to adapt to the english experience.
we need a striker that is for sure...but how do you replace a champion not only on teh pitch but off the pitch like henry! i think arsenal need an experienced striker to help out the youngsters maybe someone like trezeguet and also sign someone like babel or huntelaar.
rigoni agree that arsenal need to sign another midfielder as hleb is not the best going around...also arsenal have been linked with aquilani who is a young gun midfielder from roma! Also arsenal need a classy central defender

yeh i tend to agree in Juventino....Aquilani i don't think will come but i do think torres, babel, huntelaar or someone like that may come and we need them to come lol

hleb is a good replacement if there is injurys.....if he wants to be a great player he needs to improve hi decision making and passing...some of his choices and passing was terrible this year

pfff u were 20 pts off the mark this season.... wat makes u think that with the loss of henry for arsenal, and the signings of nani, anderson and hargreaves for man utd, that u blokes will even get near us???

spurs 2 finish above arsenal this season!
