My predictions for Div 3 are:
Bosna
Eliz. Grove
& either Munno Para or Brahma Lodge 3rd
The table is pretty close at the moment. Grove are 2nd but have the catch up game with Maso's still to come yet.

I reckon your predictions for Div 3 are pretty well spot on, but I think the Gardens will be in the top 3 somewhere at the end of the season.
