Ben Jones - Southern Knights (quality footballer, works harder than any other player i've seen in the league... your a star Jonesy!).
No.10 for Raptors - Very nice touch on him, good distribution.
Young lad up front for Pontian (No.9 i think)... Very quick, and netted twice against us with some very good moves.

Alot of quality players in this div. Few that have stood out for me would be:
R. Williams - Mod Vista - Alot of potential for this young winger and on the weekend against the Vikings ge showed us what he is capable of when he dominted and had a blinder.
D. Simpson - TTG - Very skillfull player who looks in control with the ball and has done and will cause alot of teams trouble throughout the season.
Pontians young striker - Great player, quick and very skillfull.
Southern Knights Striker (Tall Bloke, Short Hair) - Hard in for the ball and works very hard.

1 good game duth not maketh RW worthy of a top 5 spot, the question is can RW string 2 good games together, i'd have to say no to be honest.

agreed. you have to do more than play one good game to deserve a spot in top 5 with the quality in div 2 this year. give him two or three years at this level then we'll revisit the subject. talented young man though, more talented than me .

Yeah Harry, Grouse was looking as sharp as a tack although Long Bomb was the best entertainer of the night.. He was like a young Zidane!!And he only costs a can of red bull and a Mars bar...
I reckon Div 1/State is where he should be...
Your spot on about Long Bomb. At one point as he floated down the wing I actually shed a tear. Such grace and beauty.

Nice One Grouse..Don't think they will match the Red or Blue jerseys??
I reckon, he isn't getting a fair go for the A's though. We should have a word with the boss.. He did one move last night that was like Ardiles's flick out of Escape to Victory, it was even in Slow motion!
