Why this year are so many clubs still looking for players for YPL and YSL teams, in particular big clubs like Adelaide City, Campbelltown, Comets, Raiders etc? I can see looking for various players for U13-U17

I doubt many clubs need YPL players in the A or B divisions.

As for YSL teams, parents and players would have worked out by now that it's better to play for a lower-ranked club's YPL team than stay at a bigger club to play in their YSL team.
