RAPTORS ARE MEAT EATERS AND HATE FRUIT..ESPECIALLY APPLES.

Post by fruit »
bitterly dissapointed today with the result from raptors vs knights.
I felt we did deserve something from todays game. I hope I'm not the only one who is experiencing this particular frustration........young fella in goals for the b's is looking good for me!
KNIGHTS DOMINATED THE A'S GAME.. I THINK ONE RAPTORS PLAYER SUMMED UP THE TEAMS ATTITUDE WHEN AFTER OUR SONG HE SAID " I DIDNT REALISE WINNING AN AMATEURS GAME MEANT SO MUCH TO YOU" ... MAYBE THAT WAS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO TEAMS??? UNLUCKEEEE...

Sorry Robinfriday I have to SPELL IT OUT FOR YOU... We shouldn't have conceded those two goals because they were Raptors preventable errors...

As for you Robinfriday, i've been reading the crap u post on here about TTG for the last few weeks... i'm sick of people like you and Knight 7 coming on here claiming ur average sides outclassed the opposition every week and were either unlucky or should have won by more.... U sound like passionate club people, but gee u r extremely biased! I've let it go for a while but i just can't do it anymore....

Knight 7 thoughts on football are obviously that long balls into the box and goalmouth scrambles constitutes dominant play.... that annoys me.

Defensive errors or not Ace you still conceeded 2 goals and lost. We played pretty average against Beach and they deserved their 3-1 win.

In our 2 draws weve had this season, 3-3 & 2-2 I think all of us felt like we could've got 3 points instead of just the 1.
Missed a few chances and you cant do that in any league. But dont come on here and claim we have average sides cos that is a load of shite

i thought it was a fairly even contest. both sides had their chances but knights were good enough to take theirs

it was a well played game. no dirty tackles, it was well refereed and played in good spirits.

and yes, the knights reaction at the final whistle showed that they probably wanted the win more.

i thought it couldve gone either way, but good on the knights for the win

Ronnie , Ace isnt claiming we are a average side! he is just saying how people claim they played average but should have won by more !... but ace robin friday only says it like he sees it, yes Gully do have average games and Gully do have good days been a while since we had a great day out but im sure that will come soon! I thought you guys would have won yesterday too but if you dont stick it in the net more times than the opposition then how can you win! I do agree with you it would piss me off if the other side claims they were the dominate side and won and they wern't! but i wasnt there so cant say anything thats between you and knight7 ! I do remember last year though you boys travelled well to the midway point then fell away only to come good at the end of the year to finish third! but mate you cant afford to do it this year it is way to close!! good luck to you boys anyway !

agree with you maxin... was a tight game, thought it was worthy of a draw to be honest, both teams had chances but we made a couple of mistakes that Knights didnt and that cost us and you cant make excuses for that!

Sitting on the sideline sick for most of the game made me realise your frustrations all through the season Maxin!!! Hope to see you out on the park soon!

I agree, we lost yesterday because we didn't put away our many chances and made some glaring defensivs errors.... Not good enough.

Teams will always have chances, but being dominant means u have a lot of possession and are creating a lot more chances than normal.

I think u can still dominate the game, have all the possession, miss goals and lose on the counter-attack... that is all i'm saying.

I just got annoyed when Knight7 claims his side should have wrapt up the game earlier, a bit arrogant....

Nothing against TTG or SK as clubs, they are strong solid teams, it is just some individuals who constantly come on here with incorrect, biased information.

not saying your guys didn't deserved to win, but soccer is a fickle game
1-0 up and and goal scored back can change the game entirely, we looked like we where close to a second goal as we squandered a few aswell. still believe robbo knew it was offside, regardless to where our linesman was. second goal came would of made it 1-1 and florina's heads would of been up for second half down hill..
anyways game is over and i have calmed down since sunday good luck for season farm. :D

I'm over it, couldn't be bothered arguing the point... well done Knights good away win, didn't mean to take away from it but i thought knight7 showed our team little respect, and the game was a lot more even than others believe.... not making excuses.

Hopefully we can work on a few things in our game and get back on the winners board.

No left foot - thanks for the input, mind ur business!

Megabonus - I will not make any more outbursts on the forum, but as u know games like that are very frustrating to watch...

Maiwand s/c (i think a newish afghani team) has to be kicked out of the saasl... or at least lose any points that they gained on the weekend.

the B's game v Polonia was ended by their club ref 20mins early (who didnt even have a whistle), due to violence.. in which they instigated, every single time.. after polonia scored 3 consecutive goals and on the verge of a 4th to win the game. They just lost it and started fights and threats, So they got the points..

the A's game didnt even reach the end of the first half when it was abandoned due to violence, luckily Polonia was 2:0 up, so we got the points but at the end it was a massive spectator/player fight, with corner posts used as batons,. etc etc... the ref understandibly fled the scene.

Maiwand who the hell do they think they are,.. they are rats. i also heard Asteras had it out with them too. Absolute nutters. Get them out of the league,. they dont come to play fair soccer then get lost.

I agree with both of you. A draw would of been a fair result(IMO) but if ya don't take your chances and the other team does you lose...end of story.

Was a bit surprised to see you on the bench LFTWNG11. I hadn't been out to training for a few weeks and with you in great goal scoring form I was very surprised.....r u injured/sick???

By the way who the fark are drmandm and Ace??????????????????

Mega if you find out who they r let me know plz

I was there and if you were the guy who told us the score I now know who you are - didn't post that result as I thought someone else would. You guys are hot and cold thats for sure
Thanks Hosovac! I have always rated you guys when you have a full strength team and when you want to play. You should have beat them though

Hopefully our strikers have hit some form and we can beat Raptors in the Greek Derby.

You boys keep saying that a draw would have been a fair result... but you lost, easy as that.
When the game got tough, and was there for the taking... We (knights) dug in, defended well, and did what we had to do to get the result.
You keep saying you didnt take your chances (to be honest, there werent that many of them)... so quite simply, you werent good enough to beat us!!
I'll give it to you though... it was a tough game, but that just shows how much grit we have have, and how much we wanted the result.
Good luck for the rest of the season :)

King Polak, it doesn't suprise me that there was trouble at the Maiwand game. Last year they were known as Ghan and were suppousedly kicked out of the league however magically reappeared as 'Maiwand' without even being relegated back to div 5! Last year the ref for A grade stormed off after watching one of the B grade games and as a result the game was abandoned.

I was responding to your guy who said he thought you should have got something out of the game I disagreed and genuinely believe that if we had scored rather than hit the crossbar we would have won a bit more comfortably - if and its a big if, you have read my posts I gave credit for TTG and West Beach beating us - I disagreed with your guys comments but didn't go of like a complete tool about it!

I see your point and must agree players confidence is a big factor, at the end of the day, you guys did run out of legs towards the end of the first half. I think the pitch and the rain effected your game, and if we had taken our clear cut chances we would have been 4 or 5 - 1 up at half time.

Surely you don't think you were the better team on the day?
