Did well at Porto granted, but first coach to spend more than £1 billion in transfers (now more than £1.6 billion, not adjusted for inflation) says it all really. He's no tactical genius, more of a one trick pony, but when you buy the best players in the World you can get away with it.
Only a coach with his head firmly up his own rear would have sold KDB and subsequently claim that he wanted him to stay.
Oh, and he paid £75m for Lukaku
I don't disagree with point 3, but Mourinho was poor at United, despite spending fairly heavily, rubbish at Spurs and rubbish at Roma, both clubs where he couldn't spend much.
