Re: EPL 22/23
Could be worse. Boreham Wood led 2-0 at half time but conceded a stoppage time equalizer to be dragged into extra time. Then conceded a third goal in the last minute of extra time to miss out on a chance at promotion.

If you do watch it though, tell me if you think it was offside.

Re: EPL 22/23
Spurs' recruitment has been mostly rubbish for decades and that's down to Steve Hitchen, now gone, and Daniel Levy, still fucking it up. He'd rather buy three $20m bang average players than one serious $60m player and I'm convinced he meddles in transfers.haywood djablowme wrote: ↑Sun May 14, 2023 5:26 pmWell aware of that & im also aware that the tripe he purchased still runs around & loses you games.. all that money he spent in the summer & look where it got you!!Nice One Cyril wrote: ↑Sun May 14, 2023 2:54 pmI don't know if you were paying attention, but he left a while ago

Conte was not my type of manager, but he was a bit unlucky that our best midfielder in Bentancur (a bit sad that he's our best) missed most of the season. That said, he made some strange selections and continually chopped and changed the defence, which for me is a no no.
I actually hope they miss Europe altogether, nobody can be bothered with the silly Conference thing and I reckon less game might actually help them.

Given most of the teams above you have points on the board and games in hand there's a good chance you'll get your wish.

You can't choke if you're not expected to win.
