Plympton seem to be hot favorite (unfortunate for them), but the rest I would say is up in the air so early in the season. A win by any team from 6th to 9th this week can potentially see them in 5th or higher, so it's too early to tell. Once everyone has played eachother once I think we'll know who's where with a bit more certainty, but it's always fun to start the 'who's what and why' banter early. Gives us something to talk about, and creates a bit of drama, anyone agree? I think any football nut likes their own league to be hyped up. Hoping their performance may be mentioned in a post somewhere, or a goal they scored etc. It's not the English Premier League, and we all know it's amateurs, but who cares. It's football! Football is FUN! So let the banter and controversy continue, and don't be a stuck in the mud because it's Division 2. If you don't like it, go home (wink). You know who you are.

Knight 7 changed from Richard the Lion Heart to Merlin and disappeared when the Eagles swooped

Yeah your probably right Robin. With the strikers the Vikings have surely they can turn it around and get some wins on the board. As for Plympton i think they will struggle to stay up now. 0-6 is a tough start to come back from.

Dont know the players name but it wasnt Darren Jones. Darren played at left back and we always looking to get the ball short from the keeper and then go through Manca or longer down the line. Cut him out and I think you will stop alot of the forward thrusts!

I heard this aswell Robin from someone else. They always try to go short and then work it through the midfield. I used to work with Johnny Manca when he was playing at the Pirates and hes a decent player no doubt about it.

Puma's to get relegated? Eventhough they knocked off Raptors over the weekend 4-3? I would not under-estimate them this season.

Bulldogs are a definite - I would say the 2nd relegation spot will go to Southern Knights - maybe Vista if they remain too complacent.

Then I think Vista would be favourite for that 2nd relegation spot after yesterday's results.

this was written last week before the game, i was only going on the performance when we played them and they were crap, maybe they got a few players back because to beat the raptors is a fair effort.

Pumas played well and got the points - but it wasnt the Raptors of previous weeks. No players missing, but the attitude wasnt right on the day

Considering Pumas struggled to get into our half last week, I think it was a bit of a stretch - Schevvy was a bit quiet last week!

Maybe the blatant crack on the back of his head from your resident gorilla might have caused that.
A high level of sportsmanship shown by that fella throughout the game, even with his young family at the ground watching.

What he did was wrong... we know that.
But dont even start to mention sportsmanship... When 3 or 4 of the Pumas 'players' constantly Dived at every oppertunity, throughout the whole match!! We didnt even have to lay a tackle on them, and they were jumping around in the air, and screaming like they'd been shot.
Make sure you club is perfect before you start criticising others.

Knight 7 what are you talking about pumas didnt get into your half
who had all the attack in the second half, the difference was we didnt take our chances but to say we struggled to get into your half was a crock of shit

To be honest I wasn't there played first half of reserves but left just after halftime for a family thing - just going on reports. Reserve game was good fun good bunch of lads and thought your referee was great. Strange that after getting beaten 2-0 one of your players tips us for relegation sounds like sour grapes

Klinsmann's Top 5:

1. Pontian Eagles
2. West Beach
3. ISC Raptors
4. Southern Knights
5. Tea Tree Gully City

Pontian and Beach are the current top tier teams in the division.
