In the current climate, do SAASL clubs have the ability to see this through and survive?? Also, will the association, with their millions of dollars, offer financial support to clubs?

If clubs aren't paying their players (which they shouldn't be as they signed up to the terms of service when registering) they shouldn't have any issues.
Councils will forego lease fees, and clubs shouldn't have had too many expenses
