Mitise PreSeason CUP round 2
Anyone knows tonight final scores?
I read Metro girls were down 1-3 but don't know anything else.
Ty in advance from Spain.

Don't need to be Einstein to work out Fulham will struggle without McCormick in the team, she makes a big difference to any team.terryball wrote:Fulham 0 ntc 1Rightside wrote:Westies 1-0 Uni

They have and I suspect have angered many clubs by throwing around $$$$$$$$$$$$ like a drunken sailor. Very aggressive recruiting. Any thoughts?Jucort wrote:Thank you very much guys, it seems that Comets have recruit very well this season, what do u thing?

Why should clubs be angered by Comets putting money into their roster? I understand that all-women's clubs, without a men's club's finances, will be challenged. But just as the men are paid reasonably, so should the women be. I say good for them.
Different clubs have differing resources in men's soccer as well- good on Comets for putting money into their women's program.

from my understanding Comets have only picked up 2 new players from last year. A GK that only has half a season left of her visitor visa and a train on from Adelaide United. I believe the rest of the squad is made up of players at the club last season. Not sure that counts as throwing around the $$$

Good point. Although the keeper, and I assume the American import, are being well compensated.

a agree and there is no argument with remuneration. I advocate for this to occur.
As a recruiting strategy it's questionable.
