Disallowed goal and missed penalty for Fulham. :o

disallowed goal due to it being offside
and a penalty that your player swan dived for and should of recieved a yellow card for all you should of got was a corner after the keeper touched it, player didn't have control of the ball but this is what we come to expect when our refs are 20 mtrs behind play..
sean saved and justice was restored.

dominated 2nd half :o had your periods in the game but our keeper was only tested with a penalty long balls was your quota for the second half..
you are lucky your keeper saved some goals and we missed a certain sitter in front in the second half..

Played in the C's - Anthony split his head open trying to save ther 3rd goal so you may have to bring your comeback forward a couple of weeks :D :D

Well it's getting a bit tight at the top of Div 2 now with 3 teams on 13 points. Another big game next week with Beach v Gully. It seems any team can get a result against anyone.

Vista went back to basics this week and ground out a result.

Hey RobinFriday, give some info on your game. Did the big guy get a couple for Vikings/??

the big guy scored one of the best goals i've ever seen in amateur football, turned and struck first time from 30 yards out into far top corner, we had to check ball and net as we thought one of the two must be broken  like a rocket  emilov got their other which also was a cracker, that was their total shots 4 the day.gully dominated again,2 off the line ,1 poster, missed 3 sitters, 2-3 one on ones,2 goals taken, played well, few nerves 4 last 5mins. can understand why vikings scored 15 conceded 20.

You guys took your chance and well done.

But cant have it both ways with the ref - your own linesman did not call the offside but the ref did who again was 20 metres behind play.

worked in your favour that time.

Like I said fairly even game but you guys took your chance and well done.

good to see some Florina blokes coming in for a drink.

Good too win, yes. But not good too see Westies struggling. Good bunch of blokes out there and to be honest, they are not that far off the mark. They've lost 4 games by the solitary goal. Hopefully a result is not too far away for them.

Heard a rumour that Westies had 10 players transfer to other clubs last week. Any truth in this :?:
I'm very happy to have moved to West Ham, because I can play for a better team than Sheffield Wednesday.

Ingle Farm 3 v Gardens 2

Good game to watch. Matty Tape scored an absolute cracking goal to level it a 2-2. We got a free kick, ball hit the cross bar and knocked in by the striker to win the game with about 1 minute to play.

I thought we play quite well particuarly in the first half. Gardens did well in the second. Good physical game with a good amount of skill.

Well done to the Gardens boys for hanging around for a drink. Foat made sure he drank Moe's 6 pack for being their best player today. :D

B's drew 2-2. We missed a penalty in the last minute to be a draw :(

Well a win is a win. Big game for your boys this weekend. Real 6 pointer. Cant afford to lose it or the top 3 might pull away.

Both A's and B's had their chances but didn't take them and paid the price. That said the Blue Eagles were a good team.
In the A's game, Athelstone definitely had the better of the first half. They came out hard and missed a couple of easy-ish chances, plus we were very sloppy. We picked up the pace in the second half and scored a couple of well taken goals before conceding a late consolation goal.

Also we scored a 3rd goal that went through the bottom of the net, but the ref disallowed it as he thought it missed!!! It was unbelieveable, as every other person at the ground knew it went in. Some more pegs wouldn't have gone astray.

4th 1-0 loss for the season to go with the win and a draw.
