Read that now. Wasn't sure at the time though as it was on an Australian website.

I see there are some issues arising about the involvement of a gambling body being involved in the deal to bring Rooney in.
The older I get the better I was.

Millwall have just released their aussie. Meredith left by mutual consent.
There's a rumour abound about his wrong doing but nothing official yet.

Nothing wrong with trying to fuck the shit out of them.

No results updates from ozzie/English owl/comet/king/United.
Wonder how Wednesday got on? Surely they didn't lose to a team who played half the game with 10 men.

Millwall 2 sons of saville 1
Dirty Leeds must panic when they see Millwall on the fixture list.

A few names being mentioned
Roy Keane
Chris Hughton
Alex Rae
Paul Ince
I'd like it to be Muscat.

Watched it a few times now and can't make my mind up. I'm sure if I was a leeds fan though, my mind would be made up.
Re: England - 2019-20 Championship (formerly the 18-19 EPL)
I can see from the refs angle why he may have given the penalty but I still wouldnt have given for the dive after. I thought it was only yellow if its in the box so to me (as a Leeds man) it was double stuff up. These things happen in games and over the course of a season so its just about getting on with it. In saying that I believe Leeds are going to appeal the red card.God is an Englishman wrote:Mr Red wrote:Penalty/red card appears to be a big moment in the game.God is an Englishman wrote:Millwall 2 sons of saville 1

It's still a red card in certain circumstances. Can't remember the exact wording but it's along the lines of it being a deliberate foul then it's still a red.Mr Red wrote:[

The ref must have thought it was deliberate foul - umm?God is an Englishman wrote:It's still a red card in certain circumstances. Can't remember the exact wording but it's along the lines of it being a deliberate foul then it's still a red.Mr Red wrote:[

The previous 'triple-punishment' rule required a red card - and therefore a suspension - as well as the award of a penalty under those circumstances. However, players committing accidental fouls that deny a goalscoring chance will now be cautioned instead. But deliberate fouls will still incur a red card.

I thought that might happen, I also thought the ref might be getting some time off to think about what happened?

Re: England - 2019-20 Championship (formerly the 18-19 EPL)
Question would be whether there was cover or not. Obviously it was deemed the other defender was at least there as cover or that the contact was "accidental".Mr Red wrote:Old Master wrote:Red Card has been rescinded.

Re: England - 2019-20 Championship (formerly the 18-19 EPL)
My question was if the defender even touched or even touched the attacker hard enough to warrant a penalty in the first place.God is an Englishman wrote:Question would be whether there was cover or not.
