Re: Junior coach support
Definitely depends on the club, i know some clubs do but there are a lot that do not.
Suppose it depends on how much the club value its coaches and wanting them to improve their coaching knowledge.

i know Campbelltown do and i actually like what they do, if you do your C license they will pay back the full amount but stagger it over a 3 year period, so at least the club will see a return on their investment

Some courses are breakfast cereal courses run by academics , cost lots of cash , and effectively bribes your way to some badges which dazzle the unsuspecting.convert34 wrote:Would it be standard practice for clubs to pay for the out off pocket expenses for junior coaches courses ?
Doesn't mean they can coach.

I wouldn't trust any club that doesn't support their coaches in obtaining their badges.

I'm not sure how a club can justify not doing so.
