Unley b's vs CBC b's - 5-0
Unley Sky vs CBC a's - 0-5
In the b's game, we started poorly, probably should have been behind early on, but held firm and started to play some good football for the remainder of the first half. I can't remember their first, but the second came from a goalmouth scramble and took about 2 defelctions on the way through.
We had a glorious chance to change the game but from 6 yeards out, hit it over the bar. At 2-1 it may have been different but as it ws, they scored the third a few moments later and that was it. We then went down to 9 men through injuries, whcih went back up to 10, but they ran over us, as you would expect with the numerical advantage and scored a few late goals.
The a's had it tough for the first half and probably 10 minutes of the second half before scoring some nice goals and running over the top of Unley. Good confidence boost.
