Face it, thousands of non famous people die every hour, it’s just how life and death is. If they’re friends or family, you should be sad, otherwise this faux grief and virtue signaling means bugger all. I bet Gary Lineker is distraught.
I personally didn't know him, but a tragedy occurred and an innocent life has been taken too young.
(Some people are grieving)
The fact that some see this a "humour" just proves their personality or schadenfreude!

And the body was found in the back of the plane so, unless the pilot went back for a smoke, it wasn’t hard to work it out.God is an Englishman wrote:Old Master wrote:Sala's body has been identified as the person found in the wreckage. Sad but not surprising.
Well, it was 50/50.

pfft, nothing excuses the fact that you find someone's death in tragic circumstances as funny.
Maybe God have mercy on you soul

Its going to be interesting on what's going to happen with the transfer fee between Nantes and Cardiff - $15Million I believe is what Nantes still want.
Sensitive issue but it will need addressing at some stage in the future.

Re: Sala
Are there any types of insurances that address this? Bottom line, Nantes should still claim the fee.Mr Red wrote:Its going to be interesting on what's going to happen with the transfer fee between Nantes and Cardiff - $15Million I believe is what Nantes still want.

Good point - and there is also the player agent fees in all this that may require sorting out. It could be a tangled web here.Bomber wrote:Are there any types of insurances that address this? Nantes are owed the money. No debate needed.
Cardiff would have insurance on this, all players are insured for whatever reason they can no longer play. However, was the pilot paid to fly him?.If yes, then the insurance may be void.
