Modbury Soccer Club confirms that it will enter teams in the South Australian Amateur League (SAASL) in 2019. To support continued growth in demand for senior men's football, and to provide opportunities to players who wish to play for the club but can't commit the time required to play in the FFSA senior competitions, we are pleased to offer an alternative option in 2019.

Not quite correct. The committee of the club was keen for a merger but Florina SC was a complicated set-up, with all major decisions needing to go through the Social Club.
