A couple of good games last night.

West Adelaide v Adelaide Uni - Extra time and penalties. After being down 2-0 at half time, then 3-0 early in the second half, Uni rallied and scored three unanswered goals. It got very physical with bookings and injuries with one player being stretchered off. The standard of this game was right up there. I actually thought it was the prems teams playing.

Metro v Comets Reserves - really impressed with Metro reserves. good game and talent on the pitch hence why they're top of the reserves ladder. Comets for mine have whetted my appetite for their inclusion in the WNPL in 2019 (baring a disaster). If this was the reserves team, I am really eager to see the first team. Impressed with their attack on the ball and whilst they lacked polish in some areas, I thought they handled the game well. Metro unlucky to have remained at 3. 6 was do able.
