Senior Pre-season training starts 30th January, 6:30pm sharp at the clubrooms. Trainings will continue Tuesday and Thursday nights. Schedule will be given out at trainings. Boots and runners to be brought to each session.
In addition, the lads will be having a kick about Friday nights leading up to the first preseason session so come down and have a kick and a beer.
