trial process

some players are left with no club because they did not make the cut for a team because theyr trials are so late.. do you think some players should be told at the end of the season if theyr required or not? opinions welcome..!

i believe this topic should be discussed with the club and the players involved because it is a very important matter as some clubs choose players that they know over players that are better and could possibly light up a path to the future of football in SAjavascript:emoticon('

for example an u13 team does well one year and the club sees them as their future as all other teams at the club are average, then they should say lets keep this bunch at the club and TREAT them well. also if they want to keep say 10 players for the next season, then at trials they should say we r looking for 2 defenders, 2 strikers , 2 keepers etc.
