Now it’s become just a game of ‘Football Manager’ for billionaires, chucking cash at anything that moves to outdo each other. Well done for the above post. All this trash about fair play and not exceeding budgets is a lot of tosh. We are part of the problem when many of us are willing our football clubs to spend vast fortunes of money on players with over-inflated prices and matching egos. The Group Stage draw is just a license for the bigger clubs to pull in vasts amount of revenue while fleecing the smaller clubs who stand little chance. All this nonsense about clubs from the same country not playing one another until the latter stages. Where does all this madness stop? Can't see it happening any time soon.

I know it wont ever happen but would love UEFA some sort of home grownh quota rule, might just stop this "Football Manager " trend.
