SAASL website???
i find it a bit weird that in the sat div 1 ressies and sun div 1 ressies etc they do not include the leagues top goal scorers..
yet they include the top goal scorers for div 8 which is mostly sun div 1 - c grade teams...

LIVERPOOL FC *****
Yeh I agree MK.. there needs to be push next season to get the refs to fill out the match card properly and start keeping records of goalscorers and best and fairest etc.
The fact they do it for div 8 and 9 but not the ressies is a joke, most reserves leagues are competitive and quite a good standard, anybody that has watched their C team play must find it hard not to laugh at times

The answer is very obvious but very strange, the Reserves are NOT seen as an actual division or League of its own But lowers Divs like Div 8 are. Theres no Best Player for or Top goalscorer for Ressies in the league at the presentations from the amateur league. Thats why Div 8 and so on get Refs!!! They are a Division of the League but the Ressies are not.
Does that make sense?

What he said. Except Div 8 etc dont get ref's since there ref pool is far too small. I think div 6 and below dont get official refsThe Brown Hornet wrote:The answer is very obvious but very strange, the Reserves are NOT seen as an actual division or League of its own But lowers Divs like Div 8 are. Thanks for spotting that.Told my club and they found that the matchcards show it as a 2-2 draw.Trying to find the referee now.And before you call anybody an idiot,he might be in your club.Ronnie#10 wrote:Not only do they not do the lower grade goalscorers & best & fairest tallys, they cant even get the results & tables right on the website. Its got TTG B's drawing 2-2 with the Knights in Round 3 but we won 4-2. Now the table is wrong cos we should be 12 pts from 12. Idiots!
not all div 1 & 2 teams can field a c team so they have to bring teams in from other grades, thats why it is its own division,ACMkaka wrote:What he said.
