Seriously though, unless Chelsea drop points against Arsenal and/or Liverpool, I think they'll be uncatchable.

Not sure who'll come second, it'll probably be decided by injuries and suspensions tbh, but at the other end, if Leicester lose to Swansea their next three games are Liverpool, Hull and Arsenal, they'll be deep in the proverbial.

For obvious reasons, I hope they discover their form and win all four games.

Plenty of runway left, should pick up points when fixtures pile up for others.
Expect all of City, Spurs and United to go to at least semis in their comps, zig zaging all over Europe in the meantime.

With Liverpool imploding and Man United and Spurs both lucky to grab a point, have to hope that Burnley and Hull can produce a miracle.

If they reduced the size of EPL to say, 16 teams, Liverpool could win it easy. Top teams, no problems, bottom ones, there's the problem!

I reckon this comp still has legs. 39 points on offer for the 6 sharp men eyeing those points off.

Conte, Gaurdiola, Pochettino, Wenger, Klopp and Mourinho all know there are still blockbuster games against each other to come, points to gather.

An aside - I note not one Britisher amongst those men running the top 6 clubs. Also, Not Nice Cyril & God Isn't An Englishman conspicuous by their silence on Pochettino's achievements after taking turns in disparaging him when he took up the Spurs reins. Surely nothing to do with him being an Argentinian?

But back to the table, Burnley stole points against Chelsea, more clubs have to as well against the wily Conte to open the race up. It can happen, just like the collapse of Newcastle who were leading by umpteen points back in yesteryear.

Longish shot, but I just hope Professor Wenger can throw together one last swansong effort to crown his reign with this EPL title. Another F.A. Cup is the minimum to go out with. And dare to dream of a Champions League, depending how Arsenal goes against a fading Bayern. The flowing entertaining football he has always believed in deserves something in this, possibly his last season.

Unlike you, I live in the real world and call things as I see them and, if I recall correctly, I said Spurs were hard to beat but hard to watch in the early MoPo days and that I wasn't sold on him yet. Hardly disparaging and I'm happy that they were, and still are, a work in progress.

Hardly a fair comparison because those earning the wages are also one of the biggest financial assets. How many staff in a normal business have a resale value?

Very similar to last season, Spurs miles behind and managed to get closer, but ultimately couldn't sustain the challenge. To be fair, even if Spurs had won all their remaining games, I still think Chelsea would have won it, so not really surprised, but I just hope they make a better effort in the last few games than they did last year. A real test of the manager to see if he can get them up for the matches.

After the high of thumping Arsenal, they looked really flat tonight.

Completely agree! Coverage was great, no issues with the fetch box at all.. just with the team i was predominantly viewing! Pre game shows excellent, straight out of the UK and weekly shows keep you up to date. Foxtels hosts ie Bozza, Slater and co are muppets, rather hear the ex premier league stars opinions and analysis as you get with Optus.
