the 'incident' was seen by the match officials during the match and not deemed punishable to any further extent, so cannot be taken up with FA after the fact.. if that wasnt the case imagine how many times 'incidents' from all clubs would be getting pulled up.. so many things happen during matches that go unpunished so get over it
