Why the highest junior fee phenomena around many FFSA clubs these days. In my time it was free.
FFSA should fix this ASAP ?

I was amazed many years ago when I first moved into the CBD observing a street sleeper outside the old ACC Library on Grote St opposite Coles. He had a supermarket trolley with all his worldly possessions and a Laptop. I started chatting with him and he kindly conveyed at night there was great free internet access there.
Victoria Square is another spot.
That got me thinking.
