3 months since the last post and that was by a non man u fan. Could certainly argue that it was the man u fans who were VERY quiet. They go out and spend money and be just like the teams they complain about, sign a manager they claimed to hate and suddenly one of them wakes up.Kosta Utd wrote:i see the man utd haters have gone rather quiet lately

one way affair mate.. wave after wave of relentless attack.. hard to break down a wall of 11 players around the 18 yard box that are currently on a high from a desperate point at the start of the season
United are looking sharp and dangerous every time we have the ball.. and only one month into the mourinho years.. things are looking up
Dream on.
we'll it is the theater of dreams so yeah.. will do cheers.

Re: Man Utd
This is the flip side of the coin if you have too much money and fail to spend it wisely. A bit early yet to say that Mourinho
will fail but If I were a Man. Utd. fan I would be pretty worried. Even if he turns fortunes around in Europe the Europa League is hardly the standard of the big teams in the Champions League. Mourinho will be judged in the EPL by his paymasters and he will be nervous looking over his shoulder at their biggest rivals, not forgetting the decent start by Chelsea amongst others (think Liverpool could make a genuine challenge this season). He will know that the EPL can't be bought as easily as before as there are other big hitters to contend with.
Interesting days ahead....
P.S. Unsure if it was a bigger mistake letting Pogba go for a Free or re-signing him for such a hefty sum. Early days but it looks like they may well have boobed twice. A tremendous talent but perhaps he just can't settle in England which would surprise me considering his success with Juventus. Perhaps Mourinho the motivator cannot motivate him? If it has anything to do with his football agent never rule out yet another U-turn!

He's lost two games, one to a side who will be there or thereabouts when the title is decided. The other away from home (1-0) after making 8 changes.
I don't like man u but crowing already is a bit silly.

I think last year with Chelsea showed he's lost his magic. He couldn't handle an overpaid bunch of prima donnas and there's no hint yet that he can manage this bunch.

Just the ying to the yang from all the circlejerk when they wont the title in August after twatting managerluss Hull City 1-0 in the 90th minute.God is an Englishman wrote:He's lost two games, one to a side who will be there or thereabouts when the title is decided. Mourinho is the Portugese Pulis, he needs a team of workhorses to play his system and he doesn't have it.
IMO they challenge for top 4, no higher.
City have this one wrapped up already.

or he can cry to the owners and buy ready made players that suit his system in January.
Problem is, Man City will be 15pts + ahead by then.

Because, like most Man U fans, they have the potential to become fans of other clubs, possibly Millwall, if United are not playing well.Wayne Kerr wrote:God is an Englishman wrote:Which man u fans?ozzie owl wrote:Rooney had another shocker in the league game overnight, now both the press and ManU fans calling for him to be dropped.
