Do you support your home town?
Does everyone on here support the team that they were born? or the team that family comes from?
I do support my family background.
Italy
A.C BELLUNO 1905 (Serie D) Family: Alano di Piave, Belluno.
Scotland
Queen Of The South (Scottish First Division) Family: Galloway, Scotland.
I also support Chievo Verona in Serie A, until Belluno make it there

Family is from the Lazio region. Other close teams are Frosinone and another club which plays Eccellenza which I only know the name and colours of the club. Lazio is the club that most of the family support (There are a couple of juventini).
aren't they rivalsMilanista Wollowra wrote:Italy - Reggina, Crotone, Catanzaro, AC Milan

My Farthers from Bergamo, but always followed Juve aftter playing his football at Adelaide Juventus and I was brought up with him singing Juve siongs. Strange how both of my brothers follow Liverpoo. I blame that on growing up in the 80's in Darwin with only 2 channels and one being the ABC with the only football the English Match of the Day. I would read a week old Italian results in the paper.

Both my parents are from Plati, Calabria so i guess Reggina are the closest team. I have a soft spot for them. Ever since i started following Serie A, i went for Milan as they were the first ever team i had seen live on TV back in the 80's. They were playing against Napoli. Milan won 4-1 and from that day, my heart has always been Red & Black. (Thank god i didn't choose Napoli!!!!!!!!!)
As for Liverpool, my brother has always been a supporter of the Reds since the 70's which made me follow them from the mid 80's.

You are. His old man was born in Roma but his grandparents and his uncle were born in Molinara.Aldo Serena wrote:P. Diddy, obviously you have changed - I could have sworn we were paesani?P. AS Roma fan (except when they got bent-over by Man U)
Me...I'm Molinarese all the way. Benevento as a direct result.
My mum is from the province of Altavilla so I guess I lean towards Avellino as well.
Serie A - Milan. Why?? Because they were the only side that could beat the Napoli of the late 80's and those bastards stole half the Avellino squad
In Australia, Adelaide United all the way.
