You saw the Bloods win a premiership last year so anything's possible.

I'll bet he doesn't beat SAF's record of Premierships though.

I was certainly cheering for them this week. Good to see Arsenal's defence looking rock solid as usualBomber wrote:Liverpool to win it. shiraz the rest
Just watched the United game, talk about fortunate to score, a rebound off a defender and a complete miss hit of a shot. Looks like they'll be challenging again with luck like that.

Usual bloody disgraceful refereeing to allow Costa to stay on the pitch. Some of these officials need a broomstick shoved up their backsides to give them a bit of spine.

How does Liverpool get two away fixtures in round 1 and 2? Did they look at what happened to Croydon this year and think, that'll stuff 'em, lets try on them too?

Is Anfield being rebuilt or something? Or do they have FFSA admin staff working as temps at the FA?Nice One Cyril wrote:You should probably check out next week's fixture thenBomber wrote:How does Liverpool get two away fixtures in round 1 and 2? FC Adelaide's C team completed all it's home games before embarking on a lot of traveling for the second half of the season in 2009.Bomber wrote:Is Anfield being rebuilt or something? I'm not 100%, although I'm sure Matt Selby would be able to fill you in, but I think they're still finishing the redevelopment to add 13,000 seats.Bomber wrote:Is Anfield being rebuilt or something? Wonder how they'll go against Spurs tonight?
If they lose this, Klopp's future could well be in doubt, particularly with a Chinese conglomerate in the background wanting to take over the club.

Why would they sack Klopp? You're as daft as a brush.Old Master wrote:Wonder how they'll go against Spurs tonight?

Anyhow, a slightly dubious penalty with next to no contact, but Liverpool were definitely the better team and should have picked up the points, just couldn't finish. Spurs still suffering from the Euro hangover by the looks of it.

Liverpool players are struggling to understand Klopp's system and team & positional selections in my opinion.
Why on earth would you play a one-footed right side midfielder as a left back, for example?
And why would you not play Sturridge in his natural position when he is the best available to him?
The guy with the 'Ibrahimovic Bob', Florino or something, was a waste of space in all three matches so far, can't beat an opponent, can't pass, and can't score and is too slow.
He may have been one of their leading scorers last season but I've seen nothing to date in him that would lead me to pick him over Sturridge or even Orrigi.
As for Spurs, they just seem to be in a similar position, with players struggling to work out what to do, particularly in midfield where they were so strong last season.
