WAA WAA WAA..... Hey Red Eye.....I think your the one who has got a grip on it mate.
MOVE PLAYERS AROUND TO ACHIEVE THE DESIRED RESULT!
Obviously winning is the ONLY objective of your club at junior level.
Most Clubs used (abused) the rule??? Don't know about that one...but there sure are 1 or 2 Clubs that will drop players back at the very first opportunity.
Truth hurts doesn't it Red Eye.

Truth Hurts. Whats that good try at a comeback idiot. If you want me to name clubs who use the rule to their advantage i will but you will find its 90% of Clubs and i wont type that much, that includes the mighty Para Hills. You guys down Bridge Road really get up my goat. Supposedly you are among the best run juniors and yet when you cant or dont win something you all cry like little babies. Look C/Town are fortunate enough to have 2 teams in each age group. Why wouldnt we use that to our advantage when able to. Get over the loss and accept it with dignity, dont sook and dont worry about our so called B players they are all very happy to be playing for the club and if they are so disappointed they can always come and join you guys who are the fairest club in the state.

Thats exactly right you hare. I havent mentioned clubs but have had enough experience at junior level to know that many many clubs have used the ability to not only bring A players to the B's but also to drop players from older age groups down to help out when and if required. Its legal and club's would be stuipid to not use this ruling. Its not abuse its smart thinking and when able all clubs would use this tool to help out teams within the club system. Its done in the senior grades every week but we dont hear complaints when reserve players eligble to play in the 19's are dropped do we. I believe that the sooner junior players find out about how squads numbers work the better off they will be when it happens to them in the senior ranks. C/town should be appluaded for being such a well run club that they have the ability to offer so many kids the ability to play the game and encouraging over 250 boys to have a go and should one, two or three miss out on a game every so often whats the ptroblem with that. I think you are all missing the point and people at Para wouldnt be complaining had they won the match. Typical sore losers.

They didnt have 8 in the final, players where told they werent in the squad, but they were still allowed to kit up and look like apart of the team.

Since when is success more important then development. Whats the point of having 250 boys if they arent going to play weekly?

Once round 1 is played, those 16 names on the first team sheet, should be the only names on the team sheet for the rest of the season, unless there is extrodinary circumstances. If your team isnt strong enough and you have to drop players down, what was the point in picking the players who are missing out in the first place?

If we didnt pick those second tier 16 those kids wouldnt be playing at all you peanut. We at C/Town give as many kids as possible a chance to play the game. Some are good enough some arent but at least were giving them a chance which is much more than what some clubs are doing. And before you all use the argument that all we are doing is raising funds then you are all mistaken as the seniors run themselves financially very well.

You say you give them a chance to play? but then they have to miss out on the important games? When do they get the chance to prove themselves against better players and teams then?

I'm sure those kids would have played somewhere.
Some of them prob would have made a first tier team under another coach, all coaches see things differently.

Also, I have seen a few different clubs bring kids up from a lower age group when the main sqaud is depleted.

Those kids that are missing out on the important games could develop into great players as they mature, are they going to show loyalty back to your club then?

My god you guys are pathetic. Since when is missing what one or two games for the whole season stopped any player from improving and progessing. Please. Play against better players, they do that regularly at training with games amongst each other. Most players a least that time off with other committments or injuries during the year. One thing is for sure many of our B teams play other club's A teams and our players would easily move into other club's A's but they still seem to come out of the woodwork year after year after year to join the club. If we had more room we would make more teams so that every kid in the area has the ability to play club soccer and the club is very proud of having a very high number of junior players and giving all a chance. Our 3 senior teams are predominately made up of junior boys who come through our junior system and play senior soccer which is what its all about isnt it.

Redeye you are a tool!

I respect the decision that Mario (and whoever else) decided to take by bringing the 13A's to play in the B league last year in an attempt to stop the B's being relegated to the C's however foolish they looked by not winning the game.

The point I think you are missing is that we select the A's based on the indivudual ability of a player to fit into that team. If a player is unfortunately not good enough he is usually offered a place in the B's if he decides to stay at that club. The fact is by bringing players down to the B's just makes a mockerty of the competetion regardless of what the official rules are. Nobody has a problem with one or two players being brought down through injury and sickness etc but to bring 5 or 6 players or in fact a whole team is just cheating as far as I am concerned.

I feel for the kids who dont miss a train all year, who turn up to every game, pay the same fees and put 100% effort into winning their league just to have it taken away by people who think the B's are not worth a shower of shit. If this is the case then the FFSA should eliminate every B side in the competition. If not, give it a little bit more courtesy.

Hey Black and White no need to name people on this post, i havent and as the person you mentioned is not directly involved in the juniors at the club please be careful with your allegations of wrongdoing , as i have said before the club did nothing illegal this and last year, and is well within its rights to pick and choose the playing squads as it sees fit, not to make a pissy lttle jerk like you happy. The parents are told that and agree to that in writing before joining the club and paying their fees. We dont take peoples money and not play their kids for the sake of it. The few times we play A players in the B teams we get crucified, yet other teams do it week in week out and not a mention. This crap about C/Town is simply an attack on the club and to be honest i couldnt care less what you shitheads think anymore. Logical reasoning goes over your pathetic heads, so goodbye

Like I said, Redeye your a tool !!!

It always makes sense to at least make an attempt to get all the facts first.
the person I mentioned, I also spoke to last year and he told me what I wrote on this forum.

However, I will make sure I don't mention names again, just to keep everyone happy.

I'm not saying that campbelltown are the only club that do it, they just do it the most.

17B`s Playford V`s Campbelltown

Campbelltown had a few 17A players playing in that game.
( As A`s didn`t have a game ).
