Re: Womens NPL results
Feisty affairs these ladies' games, four senior games and they managed three yellow cards between eight teams. Do they have referees?

Actually they are very feisty games NOC but they just get up and get on with it unlike the men unfortunately. Maybe the refs like that approachNice One Cyril wrote: Feisty affairs these ladies' games, four senior games and they managed three yellow cards between eight teams. Do they have referees?

What's the faaaarken point of having a Wimmins Forum if you ain't going to use it?

I'm thinking of posting men's scores in the women's forum. Do you think I might get banned if I did?Mad_Max wrote:What's the faaaarken point of having a Wimmins Forum if you ain't going to use it?

Re: Womens NPL results
Ref's dont exactly use the same laws of the game, one footed tackle is ok in women's, but not in men's? or a elbow in the face is deemed ok, play on .. do it inmen's game, its a yellow. Just my observation so far for round 1 .Ginger Pele wrote:Actually they are very feisty games NOC but they just get up and get on with it unlike the men unfortunately. Re: Womens NPL results
I heard along the grape vine Lisa De Vanna has been out at Fulham training..... This is a joke surely?! If a player of that class was going to play here in Adelaide surely she would have picked a more competitive club to train on with? Can someone clarify whether there is any truth to this rumour?

She came out to trial for the team. Hopefully she put in a solid performance and gets selected into Fulhams Squad. Good luck Lisa.

Re: Womens NPL results
UPDATE:
Lisa De Vanna trialled very well, was technically sound and a great leader. The only factor letting her down was her lack of commitment to the whole WNPL season. The club could not offer her a place in the squad for 2016.
Fulham United FC would like to thank Lisa for attending her trial with the club and wish her all the best in her future endeavours....
(Apparently the Olympics in Rio is more important than WNPL )

Re: Womens NPL results
Hold on, so this bird is off to the Olympics with the national team and Fulham didn't give her a place in the squad because she can't play the whole season

can't believe some people get sucked in so easily!
I can see your sense of humour doesn't change Neits
Good luck for the rest of the season.
